This policy explains how Nirmaanam Solutions (Pehar) handles your personal data. We process personal data in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Order details — name, email, phone number, and shipping address, so we can fulfil and deliver your order.
• Account — when you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile (name and email) to create your account.
• Usage — anonymous analytics about how the site is used, to improve it.

Why we use it

To process and deliver orders, provide your account and order history, respond to support requests, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Who processes it

• Supabase — secure database, hosting, and authentication.
• Razorpay — payment processing. Card details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
• Google — sign-in and website analytics.
• Courier partners — to deliver your order.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email hello@pehararomatics.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
