Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Email hello@pehararomatics.com with your order reference and we will confirm the cancellation and refund. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
Pehar products are cosmetic skincare/fragrance items. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned. We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, leaking, or incorrect.
- Report the issue within 7 days of delivery, by email, with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Once we verify the issue we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
- Unopened products otherwise remain non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
